My son went to the doctor's office and we were dispensed with a nebulizer. We were told the nebulizer was absolutely SIMILAR TO RETAIL so I went ahead and signed the papers for the equipment. When I went home, I did a brief internet search and realized that Cook Children's Home Health charged me 3-4 times retail price ($185 vs $50). I have not used the nebulizer and tried to return it but the manager said since I took it home, the product was not returnable. The offered to give me a 25% discount but that doesn't even come close to retail price. Their practice is VERY devious. Please be aware when buying products from them and make sure you check prices beforehand. Customer service was also poor. My calls were transferred many times to people who could not resolve or address my billing concerns.
