There has a change of ownerships from Crescent to All in One! They do not take care of their patients! They dumped a patient that they followed and would not own up to their 36 month contracts! I'm filing a formal complaint with Medicare today.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
