I suggest you pick up all your visit notes and prescription and hand deliver to this company. Otherwise you will be waiting weeks. No follow through from employees. They just leave you hanging for weeks. I called everyday for a week after the second week of waiting, still no results. I then called in the morning and in the afternoon everyday- still no follow through! I spoke with my physician office several times and even received a conformation they faxed things over to Edge medical. Still they said they had not received anything. If my insurance did not require me to use them I would never use them!!!!

The website is only for collection of bill payments. There is no menu for site navigation, no catalog for ordering supplies. Not very well designed.

So far slow to obtain simple equipment with all required physician papers
upon submission. Do not think they will call you back when they say they say they will. All this for a simple mask and strap.Thank you Mr. Obama for your Transformation! Before You all the supplies could be obtained in New Braunfels from several companies within 24 hours.

Friendly front desk. Pulmonary tech appeared competent. The whole place is a mess, boxes piled everywhere, dirty, dusty, disorganized. Really old stuff for sale with yellowed tags. The physical environment is not patient friendly. The "office" / storage place where I met with the technician seems to be a dressing room from a previous life. I was there to be fitted with mask for cpap. The "office" consisted of one small dirty table and three folding chairs with boxes pushed against the wall. Dust everywhere and things thrown about. I commented and the tech said, "I just cleaned two weeks ago."

Bad News.....Their unprofessionalism is to the point of shear rudeness! They act like they are the only medical supply store in town and customers seem to be a real bother to them. If they don't know the answer (which they probably don't), they will straight face lie to you and won't put any effort into helping.
No one needs to be treated this way, especially in the medical field. I don't think they have any compassion towards the people they are suppose to be helping. We found a local provider with very friendly, professional, helpful employees through our doctor's office.. Ask around....shop around!
