I finally thought I would review your charges forwarded to Medicare.

It’s concerning to me your monthly charges for a wheel chair.
I remember signing for and acknowledging delivery of the wheel chair but no rental agreement.

Any type of rental as far as I am concerned is out of the question.
I have not needed or used the wheel chair for over three (3) months.
It’s disturbing to me that you people don’t care if I need it or use it or how long I would need to use it.

I also needed a slide board to be used with the wheel chair.
I finally received one after weeks of complaining about not getting one
and after I no longer needed it.

Talking to Edge Medical Supply was like talking to a plant.

My Dr requested medical equipment, it's been three weeks, have not had anyone reach out to me, I've personally visited the location, and was told they received the order from my Dr. but that it could take up to a month for insurance to process. Just called my insurance company and learned they have not received any information or documentation from them?!
Unbelievably bad business practices. I would not recommend this company.

After being diagnosed with MS, I went in about 5 yrs ago to get a wheelchair and walker. Nobody was available so I left my name and number. I waited a week with no reply. I called two times after and spoke to a person who said they promised they would find my paperwork and get bad. NOPE. I gave up. Now looking again and not sure if I even want to try their again....so frustrating.

Edge Medical Supply was great when dealing with us for my husband's oxygen concentrator and supplies. When I would go by the local store, they were always very helpful and worked great with our doctor.

Used to be the best. Sad too say, now they r the worst. Never seem to have copies of faxed reports. Been waiting over 6 months for equipment and there is always an excuse or they say they r still waiting on paperwork. It is a waste of time to use them. Go elsewhere!

Extremely rude reception from Paul who I understand is the floor manager. I know the people being 'helped' that were before me and they said they had the same experience. They reported Paul.
This business closes at 4pm - a point neither of us knew or noticed. Closing time was evident as my handicapped husband and I were ushered out the door at 4pm prompt. We had arrived at 3:30.
