Today I made the call for O2 concentrator not working right and the filter inside needs to be changed and could they come out today to exchange it. I was put on hole 3 times. The representative "Courtney" spoke in a robotic monotones voice and did not let me explain what was wrong but only asked questions and treated me like I was bothering her and she was not interested in the patient's issues. I give only a one star rating because of "nonexistent customer service". I will be reporting this to corporate office. CHAPS and Medicare. I WORK AS A Respiratory Therapist in the DME industry. I know how this process works and who to contact. I am sorely disappointed in this matter. The other person on the phone should remember that the people who are calling in are sick and need considerate/caring attention. Acting like the patient calling is is "bothering them" only aggravates the patient but also themselves. A little kindness can go along way.
