Never receive supplies on time. Have to call multiple times to supplies. Constantly sending wrong inner canulas. This time I have been waiting 5 weeks for inner canulas for my sister's trach. I have escalated and was promised a call from mngmnt twice and no call and no follow up. Hold times are outrageous, you must plan a whole day around contacting them. Nicolette never answers her ph if it just doesn't just go straight to vmail. The local mgr is rude n feisty n argumentative and always has an excuse. O wish I could find another supply company

The WORST customer service ever! My husband waited 3 months (3 months) before they delivered his machine. He had to call them and ask what/when and why is it taking so long.

Now, I have been waiting for 2 months and no avail. Still waiting for someone from Lincare Inc to call me just to deliver a new machine..WOW.

Rating is a "F"

I would give 0 stars if possible. I worked harder trying to buy from them than they did to sell to me! Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. I just took my business elsewhere.

Worst customer care ever! Made repeatedly calls ourselves as did the drs office for a nebulizer, took almost a week to deliver it, it looks used, was suppose to be new. They just want to sell you other things, made us sign a rental agreement, not a sale like it was suppose to be. Awful!
