I went over a month without my machine because of their neglegence. The tubing sent is super thin and does not hold up. Holes all in it!

It was very hard to get a hold of them! After 2 weeks I feel like i'm still at square 1 with trying to get portable O2 for my husband, so we can get home!! We are winter Texans. They keep telling me "give it 24 to 48 hours......" I call them everyday!! So done with jumping though hoops!! We stopped over to the office to sign paperwork last week and the office looked more like a car dealership with paperwork piled high on each desk!! No medical equipement in site!

Hire some warm body to ANSWER THE PHONE! My calls transfer to OKC office. I have been trying to get a delivery for 2 weeks on 02 and still not scheduled. Do not use Lincare at there McAllen office. I have sent 3 emails to corp and hope they get this office to work or fire them all!

I normally don't give reviews, but after having trouble getting hold of someone in this location, I decided that it would be better if I also give my honest opinion.

Unfortunately, Lin care is one of a very very few medical equipment providers for my father due to the fact that he has medicare insurance as primary. The first time I dealt with them it took close to 2 mths to get a hospital bed. At that time I also had to call back SEVERAL TIMES to get a hold of someone to check status. So many times our calls were sent to another office.

The same is occurring again for a repair-I have called them over a week and no answer and no call back on messages. What are we to do CENTRAL OFFICE!!
