Have been trying to get oxygen equip. from these people since July 2015. Fortunately, my current equipment (belonged to my deceased husband) is still working, though on it's last legs; and if it went out, I would have no stand-by. They have had me do 3 overnight tests so far, and if I don't receive it this week, I will have to do a 4th! Whenever I call (NEVER more than once every 2 or 3 weeks), they act like they are doing ME a FAVOR by even talking to me--like they are too bored to even work. They keep telling me they had no actual order and keep telling my doctor they have fax "problems". 10 days ago, they told me they needed to get Medicare approval and that would take no more than 24 hours--no explanation as to why they had never done that in the last 6 months. I have not heard back as of today when my my Dr. called me personally (you know that never happens) furious with them and promising an answer by Friday (2 days). If it wasn't too much trouble, I would have gone elsewhere, but it was always "just a few more days" from them. Can't wait to see what kind of service I get as a customer!
