terible service ' lots of promises but no service . cannot count on anything they say no call backs no delivery on oxygen cansters just told to stay at home with oxygen concentrator
I have worked with 3 different Lincare offices over the last seven years. These people are much worse than in the Fremont, NE office to the Sioux City, IA office. They once billed my insurance company for two nasal canulas, whereas the other offices just gave me multiple canulas each time I asked for one. After receiving the Pulmonologist’s order for my Personal Oxygen Concentrator, they waited 7 months to place the order, despite my monthly phone calls.
Service after purchase of CPAP is poor when it comes to providing downloaded chip data information to Pulmonologist prior to appointment. This occurred over a three year period, and even lost the chip on one occasion.
