The man that owns this company at first appears to be a nice enough man, but let me tell you the truth. This man sexually assaulted me. I told him no and ask him to stop he told me " I am not done yet". I tried to file a report but because there was no penal penetration there was not much I could do. I did report it to my doctor.. .

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were not met. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd look for something better. I called their "emergency" number, on a Friday night, and was told they don't work on the weekends. I spent the entire weekend immobile (I use my powerchair for mobility in the house). They didn't ask how soon I needed service. Calling an "emergency" number usually means you need help right now not in three or four days. I guess I was supposed to tell them I needed service right now and not expect them to ask -- even tho I called an "emergency" number --; so, it's my fault that I was forced to wait. The man "on duty" seemed to be more concerned about how they would get paid than in providing timely service.
