This place is not only a joke they are also criminals.

First it takes forever for them to get someone out to deliver my machine, I don't know how many times she rescheduled. And she turns up being hours late the day she finally shows up.
Then she brings two masks to choose from. Over the nose and over the entire mouth. Now there are numerous models to choose from. And those have different sizes. But I don't get a choice. I get here you go.
Then I have to call in because the mask doesn't fit well and it's hard to be comfortable sleeping with an ill fitting mask. So I finally get ahold of someone in their customer service(that's an oxymoron in relation to this company). She sends me out a different size. That one is still uncomfortable. Finally after more emails she sends me out to new models that sort of work.

And let me add in here I desperately need a working machine that fits comfortable, doesn't leak, and will ensure I get the needed air. I don't just snore loudly,no I actually choke and stop breathing. This puts a tremendous strain on my heart.

Right from the beginning this place has been a failure. And they didn't help someone who was new to this process.

3 months after initial set up I was supposed to get new supplies sent to me. I had to contact them again almost 4 months after. And then of course I never get new supplies sent to me.

In the meantime I start getting what apparently turns out to be bills from Medigy. Now I paid them $446 up front which covered everything I owed as my part of the bill. I finally email them to ask what the deal is with this and they try to give me some half baked explanation that my CPAP machine is $349 and I only paid $124. ???? WTF? I clearly paid $446. They don't dispute that, however they say it went towards my deductible not the cot of the machine. Umm what???
So I get my statements from the insurance company. Look them over then email Medigy back explaining how and why I don't owe them anything and that they in fact owe me.

Allowable costs as per their agreement with my insurance carrier is $427.10 of which my Insurance company paid them: $61.77 and like I said I had paid them $446.12. So they owe me $80.79. They however sent bills to my insurance company totaling over $1700.

They then email me back and try to tell me I was non compliant with my usage of the equipment. Apparently there is a certain amount of hours per night you are supposed to wear this mask. However that is only for the first month to ensure you are utilizing the equipment. Something they neglected to mention. And remember, the first month I was having all sorts of problems getting the right fitting equipment. And they never sent me replacement equipment when I requested it after the first three months. As a matter of fact they are now holding my replacement equipment (cause parts wear out etc)) hostage until I pay them what they think I owe them. So therefore I'm using the same hose, mask cushion, filter for 6 months when they should all be switched out every 3 months. So they are putting me at risk of getting sick from bacteria hiding out in places I can't clean well. Way to endanger my health.
Back to the compliance: My insurance company denies declining any coverage due to non-compliance as well as not even having data about my usage of said equipment. They approved me to receive new equipment. However, Medigy is sticking to their fraudulent claims that I still owe them money.
I gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they refused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU TOO!

Buyer Beware - these people will bill your HRA and your FSA. They are extremely discoureous and do not even respond when you ask them questions. #raisedbywolves

Be cautious of overcharges. They will charge you the full msrp for your machine and then we were overcharged for a different model than what we received by about $300. I am saddened to think of how many people don't research the cost of their unit online or double check their insurance benefits and may be routinely overcharged. Proceed with caution if this is who your doctor or insurance company refers your case out to.

I learned the hard way that Medigy has an incredible mark up on their prices on everything. Google low cost CPAP machines to find several very quickly. Especially replacement parts!!!!!!
