Yes Becky was very, very friendly...HOWEVER she drug me along for over 4m. I needed a lift and a sling. Got lift right away, but received wrong sling. So Becky sent me a supply list of slings and asked me to pick out the one I need. I did. Then she said she ordered it...October 2016. When I called two weeks later she said it was still processing, then it was re-ordered, then it was processing, then she reordered it, then it was the supplier that was messing up, then it needed reordered again, then it came in but Nightingale delivered it to the wrong house, then they had to clean it, then it took another week to get it. Received it today, Feb 27th 2017...and it is the WRONG SLING!!!! Unbelievable!!!! I was very nice and understanding the whole 4+months, but now I am so upset I can't see straight. I have MS and I am wheelchair bond. I fall constantly when trying to transfer, my husband has a bad back, and I am authorized a lift from Medicare....and yet this company CAN NOT get it right. How hard is it really? If there was negative stars, that is what I would give this company. BEWARE: They will bait you and drag you along, but they will not deliver!
