Avoid this company at all costs! Their knee brace is extremely expensive and works about as well as a $50 one from the pharmacy.
They do not let you know how expensive their braces are when you sign for them so you are expected to do your own checking on them to find out their policies, prices, etc. With no word from your insurance company, you may assume the cost was paid until months later when you get a statement that tells you that any bill over 3 months old is turned over for collection.
This is a rude and unethical way to run a company. Beware.
