I live in a very small rural town south of Houston, and recently had surgery. The gentleman that brought out my medical device was like a breath of fresh air, he had us all laughing showing us on how to use it. Very professional, said yes ma'am to my mother and sir to my dad...... Customer Service at its finest, I'd recommed them to a million folks.
