Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

I waited forever for my appointment!

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

This business is a CPAP supply business, yet they refuse to order the parts you want and will only supply complete sets. I don't want complete masks; I want just the gel inserts and they won't order them. I have lost my Pulmonologist due to insurance changes and that's a good thing because it's the Doctor that chooses where your supplies come from. When I see my new physician, I'll refuse to use this company. Their offices are dark and dingy and uncomfortable. I've never been happy with my service.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
