I chose 1 star because I had to, they don't deserve the 1 star!
They are rude, uncaring, incompetent, & deceitful! They rarely get my mom's order right. They have a 30 day return policy, but the 30 days starts when you place your order. They take their sweet time getting it to you, so when you get the order the 30 days is almost up! Oh, & here is the kicker, if you open the shipping box they say federal law will not allow them to take the supplies back. But, (HELLO) you have to open the box not only to see if the order is correct, but also to get the return form. I tried calling the person who took the order the last time they got it wrong & she was out to lunch. I was told that she would get the massage & call me back. Not, only did she NEVER call me back, every time I called, no matter what time of the day I called she was always "out to lunch".
Also the other ongoing problem we have with them is with the card in the c-pap machine that records the usage of the machine. Mom's ins company needs a reading every 6 months to prove that she is using it & needs the supplies. Well, Rhema told me when we got the machine to take the little piece off the back of the machine after 90 days & return it to them. It was for their records & that the machine would work fine without it. It works, but there is nothing saved on the card because the piece we returned was the modem! So, no one can get a reading off the card. I had to take it to them (20 miles away) to get a reading. No one in sight when we got there, after waiting for 30 mins someone came to the front, didn't introduce herself was very put out by having to serve us. She got a reading & said see...no problem. Of course, she has the modem. I asked if I was going to have to bring it in every time we needed a reading? She said or send it in ahead of time. I said oh that's convenient, besides, I can't trust you to get mom's orders right. There is no way I am going to trust sending in the card & relying on you to get it back to me. They won't give us the modem back, even though the machine is now my mom's, & they still charge the ins company for rental of the machine, even though it is mom's. CROOKS!
Terrible company!
