The best medical equipment provider around! Everyone is friendly and helpful to work with. As someone who calls for needs almost daily via CVHHH, i could not be happier. 10/10.

I used this provider several years ago and left because I had difficulty with them not filling supply requests and with confusing billing. The customer service when I went into the store was awful - it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. I decided a couple months ago to try them again and unfortunately they are still as bad as they used to be. I placed an order and was told someone would call me the next day to confirm the order but I never got a call. A follow up call today found that they did not have any record of my order.

I called the store and talked with Greg who stated that their office is open M-F 9-5 - I asked him if my mom needed an appointmen as she has a prescription for a rolling walker - he stated 'No" I told him I was rather hesitant about going there as the reviews were not terrific - he stated that he has 4-5 salespeople on the floor at all times except for around lunchtime. I told him that we would be there this week. I got there around 1:45pm and no one was waiting;however, the receptionist was on the phone. A couple of other customers came in and sat down. She was on the phone for quite some time and finally said,"I'll be right with you". Finally, she stated - okay you have a scrip, and said the othe gentlemen had an appointment. I spoke up and said that when I called I was told I didn't need an appt. - She turned around and asked a couple of people who were in the offices behind her if they could measure my mom for a rolling walker and was told "No". I felt bad for her and waited until she was done with the other gentlemen. I have no clue who reads these reviews but this store needs some serious customer relationship training or perhaps read the mission statement on the wall. The women who works at the main desk had to answer phones and take care of the walk-in traffic while others were behind walls in their offices. I told her she was the Jack of all trades there and wondered where the other salespeople were that Greg told me about. I could not get the walker my mom needed, as this store didn't have any. One was ordered and hopefully will be in soon. I did read the previous review and wish I was in the store when the last person was, as service was terrible and made me feel if they treated us like this due to my mom being on medicare. I sure hope they get the same type of treatment they are given others, when they are older. I have told as many people that are helping their parents/friends not to go to this store. Make the trip to either Williston or New Hampshire.

If you are getting something simple, like a splint, then they are probably as good as the next place. However, if you need diabetic shoes, do NOT go here. It will be worth the trip to Williston.

While Medicare is not the easiest to deal with, so I have heard, it is not the client's fault. I felt they created billable services to Medicare (shoe "adjustments" with "ball stretcher"), hinting that the shoes MAY be returnable, when indeed they were not, but I made two more appointments, at taxpayer expense, including the transportation, to be cooperative because they were dishonest in not giving me a straight answer on the return issue and I asked them flat out--TWICE.
