Unbelievably poor service.

Patient needs apparently are subordinated to the company's willingness to send a representative with the equipment to where a patient resides, and such service presumably depends upon having a sufficient number of patients in an area.

Alternatively a patient may travel to the company office to obtain the prescribed equipment.

Importantly, no communication was received from this provider until the patient initiated a telephone call to explore the status of the physician submitted prescription. At that time a date for equipment delivery was suggested that conflicted with prior obligations. Notably that date was more than a month after the patient had been examined by the physician.

Worked with this company for supplies through a major hospital chain in Northern VA. I personally experienced a high level of professionalism with the representatives and stellar follow-through. They valued our relationship and continued to maintain their commitments despite weather challenges, patient difficulties, and discharge delays. As a Case Manager, this resource became invaluable as I grew to trust my local repr (WR) and rely heavily on her for advice, communication, and fast action.

Was seen right away for a new c-pap, by a therapist. She was outstanding as far as giving me an excellent explanation on how to use the equipment.

Lincare has been very prompt on calling, when I need new supplies, and then mailing them. I hope this good service continues.

everyone was very nice. The attendant was very nice and knolegeable.
But everytime i get an order for sullies they continue to send the wrong parts for my mask.

I originally received my machine from them several years ago. My cpap machine started making a whistling noise, So I called to make an appointment the soonest they had was a week away. The office called me 3 times to get my insurance correct. I drove 2 hours to get there, in horrible traffic in the morning being a half hour late to my appointment, they told me I would have to reschedule, I declined and walked out. These people are not flexible at all so be aware.
