I use a CPAP machine and have for at least 4 years. Lincare became the supplier for my mask and CPAP supplies last year. They have supplied me with one box of supplies in the last year and only because I made an in person appearance at their office and asked to see the manager. They consistantly lose paperwork, never call back but always promise they will. I am looking for a new CPAP supplier. Terrible service!!!!

Terrible, abysmal, awful customer service. Every month when I call to get our supply order I have to make sure I call back again the next week to get the items that are missing or not sent appropriately this is been going on for at least the last 6 years. It took 5 weeks to finally get them out here to remember to change the home concentrator filter and they left the empty tanks at the house that 3 weeks ago they were supposed to have taken called them Friday they said they would be out they never showed up. Not showing up is their Forte and then promising they'll come the next day they don't come the next day then they call you and tell you oh we'll just put it off to your day next week. We had two appointments come up on our last two days that they were supposed to come out and they couldn't come in the morning they always put us off to the very end of the day and then they end up not showing up and then we wait till the next week. We have resorted to going to the office several times to take empty tanks and pick up tanks because we can't keep waiting. On the 4th week of waiting for them to come do some service we had an appointment crop up on Friday pre-surgical and so I moved another appointment for my mom's hair to Thursday and was told by the office what's more important your mom's hair or her respiratory supplies really or respiratory supplies are but for the last three weeks prior to that they weren't of importance to Lincare.

I am a travel customer. We spend like 6 wk to two months a couple times a year at our daughters cottage in Willoughby Spit, VA and LINCARE INC takes care of my travel needs for my oxygen needs. e-tanks, small 6pk tanks and 02 concentrator I plug in to sleep or use while in the house during the day during my stay in VA.
They have been so good to me and take care of all my needs and from the office to the delivery driver, (Ozell) is who I normally get is such a great person. Ozell is Always smiling and is so thoughtful and caring. Everyone I have dealt with in the office, Jessica and I think it was a Teresa and the Delivery people, as I said Ozell most of the time are just great and top of their jobs, an asset to the company I would say.
