This is a very dysfunctional company. 1. never return calls. 2. sent threating letters to collect it's $2.99 bill not paid. 3. Give them a credit card at the office to take money out monthly but they never did. 5. Threating letter has no way to pay them, they never answer the phone. I was in a phone loop for at least 2 hours each time. Local office personal is very rude. like they are really doing you a favor just to talk to you. the phone from their main office in FL never answered.

How do you deal with a company who does not give a Dan. from top executives to low receptions. If there is a negative star they deserve it.

Been dealing with Lincare for a while, but this time has been very upsetting, bee trying to get a new mask for breathing since March 7 they are very slow helping u. they don’t call u back so I give them 4 stars down , if I don’t hear frythem Monday I’m going elsewhere
