I needed a loaner c-pap machine and was told by the hospital to go there and pick it up. When I got there they told me they didn't want to loan a machine unless I got the new one from them. I had no choice because I needed a machine. I was already unhappy because every time I need something the person at the front counter always just said - no, we can't help you with that.
