The building is vacant. I think this Moses Lake Branch has closed. There is a Pasco, Washington branch.

Your staff not only lied to but my Dr. office.. 3 weeks for a CPAP that i needed almost 2 months ago STILL NO CPAP /6/18

Don't expect the staff to follow up on doctor's recommendations and insurance process. Also, do not expect them to help you find the right device or equipment, I was told they go through Golden and given a website to do the research myself and just call them back with the order number of the chair I ordered.

After I chose the chair and called them back with the model number I asked what the process would be. They said they would fax a form to the doctor, fast-forward 8 days later and they did not receive the form back. I had to call and find this out, then call the doctors office that is apparently lacking the same initiative as this place.

Bottom line, don't expect them to life a finger to get the process rolling or to get it approved by insurance. And if you do not find what you need in the store be prepared to be given a website and do all the measurements and etc yourself. They will be of no help at all, you must do all the legwork yourself in order to get through the process.

I felt as though they did not even contact my insurance company and just assumed that it was exactly like any other person's. I had to call my insurance company to find out if the diabetic shoes my husband NEEDED was covered by insurance because we hadn't heard back from In Home Medical for 2 weeks - just to find out that they didn't even submit the claim yet. Then trying to order another pair when my insurance was telling me they would cover more pairs and In Home Medical was telling us that we couldn't. So, I had to call my insurance and have them call In Home Medical to tell them that we could order more pairs. How hard is it for them to pick up the phone to verify my insurance? To top it all off, the pair that we did get (after taking a mold of my husbands feet) were not wide enough... the inserts weren't even wide enough... If there was another place that sold diabetic orthopedics in Moses Lake I would definitely go there instead...
