Today, 5/1/19, I was a customer at the Norco,Inc.,in Wenatchee,WA. My reason for the visit was to have my CPAP machine serviced or replaced, which was pre-arranged with previous paperwork and phone calls. It was established when I was with the technician that yes ,indeed, the machine was not working correctly. The cpap machine chip indicated that it has not been in use due to the assessed issue. Instead of offering help until an upcoming appt. with my sleep physician(which happens to be 9days from today), no loaners were offered ONLY one to rent. I was sent on my way with no consideration for how serious sleep apnea is, particularly for over a week waiting period. Shame on Norco for lack of any sense of responsibility regarding a serious condition.
