Absolutely awful all around. I've wasted hours of my life on hold with these people. Got a bill in the mail for $650 after a year of service and was told I have twenty days to pay it before it goes to collections. If they insurance isn't covering something then why not bill the individual or let them know there is a problem? Thanks Apria Heathcare for nothing but horrible customer service. I hope your Christmas ham is dry.
