They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. when you call them they never get back with me i always have to call them back and thats the worst place i ever have problems out of when i go there , even when i need my oxygen filled they always seem to be a problem when i need it .plus they always rude and nasty when they talk to you in person or on the phone plus they think there doctors about how much oxygen being used like its comming out of there pocket . i will never tell people to go to gateway cause there not friendly , they never help you and they never try to work with you always like to make problems worst for people like me . they way i see it if you need oxygen to breath then you need it but they always trying to be doctors and tell you do need it when doctors say you do . if there way some where eles to get my oxygen then i be going to there store not gateway in martinsburg i be going to a different much friendly places where they would help me out and even work with me .

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
