I visited Lilly's early on a Wednesday morning to order a knee scooter as I was having foot surgery the following Monday. I had a prescription for the knee scooter. They did the paperwork, took my prescription, and made a copy of my insurance card. They told me it would arrive that Friday or MondayToday is Monday. Surgery was today. My husband has called all day..,NO SCOOTER. I am stuck on the couch. They have been rude to my husband and they DO NOT CARE and have given me no information. I was told it would be in Friday or Monday as if it were a sure thing. Not that it might be in. Do not go there. Please find another supplier.
