Called in to see about getting a new reservoir for my husband's c-pap machine. Their electronic prompts are useless!!! No matter how you respond, you wind up in the one where they ask "If you are calling from the State of Florida, press 1, if you are with _____ or ____, press 2, if you are calling for supplies for your c-pap machine, press 3....", so I did. It took me to a prompt that had NO applicable place to talk to. I so miss having a place you can call and talk to a real person, tell them WHY you're calling, WHAT you need, or WHO you need to talk to, and get to that area without all the button pressing AND frustration, ONLY to not get ANYWHERE!!!!!! Not happy AT ALL...and my husband just started dealing with this company, because the one he always dealt with is not in network with Humana!!! Can't wait til he goes back to his former coverage with UHC, and we can go back to his former supplier!!! AND I am having to press a star rating in order to submit this review, so you'll see ONE star....only because it doesn't have a ZERO star to press!!!

I am so disappointed in this business. My father has had billing problems for months and cannot get it resolved. My elderly father now has to meet with the district supervisor to attempt get his billing to Medicare resolved, SERIOUSLY!!
They maybe friendly when they bring you the product but to getting billing issues resolved, there is no help!!!

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
