Very poor customer service. They have not delivered oxygen 4 times this month that was scheduled and they didn’t bother to call to let me know they weren’t delivering.

Very poor customer service. I have called and left messages to schedule an appointment, but have never received a call back. I am a business owner and I would never treat a customer that way. I will not recomend your service to anyone! Bad word of mouth travels 100 times faster than good.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
