Excellent Care and services. We have had several surgeries for our Pet's, with some unique problems. Dr. Jones has always been honest with us on cost and care of our Pets.

Very best care. Very compassionate staff, very reasonable treatment plans and there is no pressure for unnecessary treatments/tests. I always come away feeling cared for and equipped with the knowledge and tools take take the best care of my pet.

When our cat got very sick, they allowed our family to come and sit and hold her several times while she recovered! We felt like they cared about our pet and us as a family! So lucky to have them caring for our pet!!

Not at all; cheap and plastic

I was so disappointed that this provider barely took my concerns into account let alone offering any value that could possibly be from a holistic point of view.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. My provider is very respected and knows many other professionals in their field. I have no doubt they will get me access to the best information out there whether they incorporate themselves or they recommend I go to someone else. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.

I love this doc. They always are congenial, attentive to my needs and my pets needs, have helpful advice and they provide a cellphone to call the vet when he is out of the office. We had an issue over the weekend at night and he answered all of questions from his cell. Outstanding.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. The procedures performed on the animals seemed very outdated and VERY expensive. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
