For the last 2 years I have been going to see Dr. Lopez at Brookhurst Animal Hospital and highly recommend. Prior to that, I was not happy with my other vet and could not seem to find the right one. My cat had a medical condition that had been misdiagnosed by another vet. A friend recommended Dr. Lopez. He ran some tests and found out right away that cat had a thyroid condition. Sent us home with some medicine, and Roxy was eating well again and playing like a kitten in no time. I spent less here that with my former vet and my cat is much healthier. I love this hospital!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
