Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
