They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them, but they could do better.
