You can tell they take pride in the appearance of the clinic. It is very well maintained. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They maintain a professional appearance at all times. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. I had a great experience.

For some as yet unknown reason, pain developed in my right leg. The pain interfered with sleep and work. My physician called it neuritis and prescribed pain killers (which I do not like to take). Since my wife had success with acupuncture for pain relief, I decided to try it myself. After the first session with Jennifer Whiteside, the pain was reduced from the entire right leg to just a small region in the lower leg. After the 2nd session, the pain went away. A few weeks after that, I got a sore throat and a respiratory infection. So, I went to Jennifer for another session. By the time I got home a ½ hour later, my throat was fine – no soreness. The viral infection cleared up in a couple days. Needless to say, I was impressed. She also has convenient evening hours on Monday & Wednesday from 5 to 6:30 for those that do not want to miss work.

No one could beat this practices level of service! This is the very best of the best in terms of service and bedside manner! The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere.
I have gone to the best acupuncturists in NYC and this was far better in terms of knowledge and skill. I feel like she knows how be make people well.

I have gone to Jennifer Whiteside for over 5 (going on 6) years! I went for fertility purposes. We even had my husband treated. The results were overwhelming! I initially had a period that would last 1.5 weeks (long, drawn out, spotting, etc)...after only 2 treatments, I had a period that lasted 2 days, bright & awesome, no pain (or other blahs). My husband was treated and then had his sperm counted and the doc actually had everyone in the office look at the sample (me, too, of course) because it was the best he had ever seen in 30 years of practice. We called it super sperm. So, I have twins today who are now 4 1/2. We still go to see Jennifer. The main reason is that we want overall wellness. We notice that a once a month treatment gives us better SLEEP. My husband really notices this more than I do. It's something I wish would be covered under health insurance, or a gov. paid health 'wellness/prevention' plan. I trust Jennifer and she is extremely intuitive...almost like going to see a therapist, as she really questions our overall wellbeing and goals. HIGHLY recommended! (I know it's around $125 in Cincy to get a treatment, so Jennifer is truly underpaid!)
