They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They always take that extra step to make my dog and I feel special. He always enjoys his appointments here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment as explained by Dr. Kim.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Yes, extremely spacious

I would truly recommend this service to anyone looking for a friendly, highly competent and low cost veterinary hospital. Since I just started with this service I was unable to rate the question about yearly reminders although I have no doubt that will also provide this service.
