I love Jennifer Pope, but I feel we need to change offices. I went by today to leave some paperwork for my wife's pre-surgery. I was told that the insurance doesn't cover it. That's funny, I just had pre-opts done for my surgery with no problems.
It seems the two older ladies at the front desk doesn't really know what they are doing.
Every time I come in it seems there are new people working. Why can't they keep help?
I am a little tired of the run around this office give you.
Looking for a new doctor.
