I brought my babies(pets) to west side for several yrs,Dr Anita and Dr Bart
We’re amazing.Three weeks ago my 18 year old cat was dying,I called
The clinic,and the response was we have no openings until July.I wanted my baby girl to be at peace.I’m not recommending this place to anyone

I used Westside before they were sold and we’re happy with them. After they were sold I had one appointment during Covid and I thought that was fine, however in their corporate mindset they’ve decided not to board cats anymore. The corporate mindset doesn’t seem to understand that this is a service to their customers who otherwise would not be able to go on a vacation.This practice had an active boarding business that was really full and you had to make your reservations in advance for popular summer or holiday periods. I understand that during Covid the boarding business looked useless but they couldn’t have been more wrong. We need more Vet centered rather than corporate centered practices.

Best vet ever! I totally love Dr. Trom and the entire staff of WAC. I would never take my pets anywhere else. Their care, service and pricing are everything you could ever want. Love you guys!

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
