Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I didn't feel like they overstrained me during my exercises. I felt challenged, but not overly challenged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
