I feel I experienced unnecessary pain here. Despite my fears, they didn't think I would have much pain at all, but they were wrong!! Even after the procedure, they didn't do anything to alleviate the pain but just told me to take ibuprofen - which didn't work! Except for the pain, they seemed to care a lot and be friendly. However, they don't seem to take patients' statements into account very much. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism though. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Another negative thing though is it seems a handicapped person would have a very hard time entering the clinic. When you open the door, the front desk is right there! There is hardly enough room for a person walking on two feet to enter the clinic and close the door behind them!
