Such a amazing office and a very good staff. I went in with Bentley for diarrhea not to long ago and i can't express how welcomed i felt right when i walked in to the time i got the room with a tech. Austin one of the techs helped with all the questions i had and he was very knowledgeable about this profession and thanks to him and the doctor Bentley is much better. I will def. go back to this vet and ask for Austin he is amazing and really cares.

Dr. Knodel has always been there for my dogs. She is caring, loving and makes me feel comfortable every time I need to discuss my dogs. I will be sending my mom and dad to her since they have moved into Mooresville.

Dr. Sloop and Dr. Knodel have been wonderful with all of our dogs. Very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all compassionate and caring. They don't order unnecessary, expensive tests like so many other practices just to run up your bill, but they find out what is wrong with your pet in an expedient manner. You can tell that they love animals, and they love what they do - they are not about marketing, marketing, marketing!

My dogs and my family's dogs have been seen by Drs. Carpenter, Sloop & Smith for many years. You can easily tell they have love and compassion for their patients. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. These veterinarians are so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pet's condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will never take my pets to another veterinary clinic. They have earned my complete trust.
