They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. This doctor is awsome. I hate to see other doctors but unfortaintly i cannot wait 2 weeks to a month to see a doctor if i am sick. And once i did wait for arm numbness and pain and after a month of it i got called a day before my appointment to get rescheduled again for another month later. I have been forced to see other doctors. I wish he knew how the office people run the office.
