The people in the office are always professional and very willing to listen and answer, or get answers to my questions. Appointments are never an issue, they have always been able to accomodate my needs.
The waiting area is always clean and comfortable, you would never know that many animals walked through the area. Individual rooms are clean as well, when brought into a room, you are greeted by an associate and usually within a short time, the doctor will come in.
Everything is always explained in detail by the doctors and any concerns or questions explained to my satisfaction.
I have recommended this facility to many people, who have and still bring their pets.
Thanks for all that you have done, I truly appriciate it, as do my four legged family members.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
