Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. While they do not offer after-hour services for emergencies, they have waited for me at the end of a long day when I needed to bring my cat in. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The doctors at Illiana's have taken care of my two cats over the past 20 years. I would definitely recommend them for pet care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
