The front desk people need to be friendly. I got my new puppy on 8/19 and took him in for an exam on the 20th. They front desk people werent interested in me being a new pet owner. Did not give me any information to help me be a better knowledgeable owner visiting their hospital. It was very, very impersonal and very unfriendly.

The waiting time is enormous.
