Dr Napp is a horrible person and incompetent vet. She allowed my dog to die in horrific pain in the back of my car. we waited 51 minutes in there parking lot (21 minutes after his appointment) two other clients went in and beg for her to come out hearing my dog howl in pain. when she finally came out my dog had died in my arms she showed no remorse at all not even saying "Iam sorry " nothing at all. This used to be a great hospital when Dr Dodd was there. be aware there are many clients that have terrible experience with Dr Napp.

I drove all the way from Vermont to see my friend who was a Veterinarian at this office, only to find out that she left without telling me. Thanks Brooke! Anyway, the owner was there, a Dr. David Goldwasser, so I had no choice but to use him. What a mistake!
He had no compassion toward my pet at all, and tried to persuade me into running all these expensive tests on my pet that I had already paid to have done just a week ago. (I was coming to my Vet friend for a second opinion and brought all the blood work for review.) He insisted on re-doing all the tests which made no sense to me. When I asked for an estimate his eyes light up, and he ran to the receptionist desk to add it all up. It was well over what I paid for the tests originally. Then he tried to get me to leave my pet overnight. Meanwhile, it was the weekend and there would be no one there in case of emergency. I said no way! Also, the office was dirty, and the receptionist seemed miserable like they didn't want to be there. When I walked in they never greeted me, and I had to wait at least fifteen minutes before someone even asked to help me. This guy has no concern for helping animals just sees them as dollar signs! Stay clear of this office!

Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

My pet's health is now failing because of these heartless, greedy, idiots and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. I will never return. They in no way, shape or form care about animals. The only thing that this "Veterinarian" or most likely - a virus with shoes, cares about is how much money he can make from killing your best friend. I can only hope there is such a thing as karma for these rural morons. By the way - ZERO stars is the appropriate rating.
