Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

My cat had serious complications after surgery at their establishment. About a day later I called with symptoms my cat was having. They didn't feel it was urgent after I explained the symptoms. My cat ended up dying from a massive infection. After I consulted with the veterinarian at the emergency clinic, they were shocked that Purfect Health actually released the cat from their care & did not take the symptoms as serious.
The one thing they do very well is make excuses and post bogus positive reviews on the internet.
