Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Never, they are very reliable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here. I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

No, I was on edge

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
