Nurse Practioner Kathy (sp? Cathy) is what all centers need: warm, comforting, explains things, doesn't rush you & up to date on all stats & needs of who's shes caring for. Everyone there is friendly & pleasant, & its very clean & comfortable, but Kathy makes it a "5 star vs a 3 & 1/2"

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
