Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They mentioned a couple of side effects that may result from my medication, but the benefits were really emphasized. I could have used a little bit more info about the risks and benefits of my treatment. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They did not knock before entering the exam room, and chose to just barge right in. It caught me off guard and I was very uncomfortable. I didn't feel particularly respected during my visit. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
