I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
