Dr. Musallam's staff were okay, but the atmosphere of the clinic was nearly always chaotic, with assistants running around, talking loudly with little respect for patient privacy. The doc was always running behind and I ALWAYS had to wait, even up to 1 1/2 hours to see him. Simply put, Dr. Musallum is a VOLATILE person with extreme mood swings and doesn't hesitate to yell at his patients if you desire to explore other options or question his decisions.It is most definitely his way or the highway. Disrespectful, berating, egomaniacal!!! In the end, I was literally scared to go to my appointments, b/c I didn't know what his mood would be that day. Many appts. I just sat and was spoken to like a piece of dirt. The final straw was him yelling at me, exam room door open, within earshot of the waiting room.
